FLAT MUSCLES IN THE A.M.. what do you do about it?

usually, within 6 hours im thick and full again.
but is there anything to fill them up fast?

A bowl of fresh fruit I believe - fast digesting natural sugar/glucose that will fill up your glyco stores quickly and and take you from catabolic state to anabolic. I always add in with my oats....chopped apples, blueberry, banana, grapes etc...
 
Yeah I agree about the AM muscles. But my abdomen muscles look the best in the AM as well. So it's a double edged sword I guess...
 
I actaully wish i would stay like that all day. My abs and stomach are sunk in till about 2 or 3 when my metabolism slows down. or so i think!! works for me tho
 
Sometimes I don't get full untill I'm going to bed. It sucks, but I do look flat as hell in the morning, especially right after I eat when all my blood is in my stomach digesting the food.

Just do what Arnold used to do every morning he would wake up. Grab a 25lb dumbbell and do curls, presses, and extensions to failure to "PUMP THEM UP!! YAARGH!!"
It takes like 20 minutes tops.
 
To funny, i always thought it was just my mind playing tricks on me in the morning,in the afternoon i look big again.I was thinking it could be your bloodpressure from sleeping and when you get your bloodflowing from doing things, it comes back.If i burn one or runs 5 mintues on my treadmill i look full again...At least now i know i aint crazy :p

LoL you get pumps from firing it up too?I thought I was the only one that got this great effect lol. ;)
 
I know where you are coming from...Dieting makes me flat as hell in the am. But I have found a solution. (Fro me anyway)

a protien shake before bed and some fruit in the morning should fill you out quickly \
i haveused this method even while cutting with good results
 
When I wake up my muscles are usually full and it is almost like I am pumped.

This depends it could be from lack of water intake, One time I had a show, and the next weekend was another...on the plane to the second show, I flatened out completely...my trainer gave me pie filling, babyfood, and insulin...brought me right back up... So in a nut shell try some simple sugars...Fruit, dextrose etc....Your breakfast should be huge if your trying to grow, and that alone should make your muscles nice and full everymorning if it is balanced correctly..
 
carbs, exercise, water, were already mentioned. Low cals will make me flat.

If I don't sleep, I will be kinda flat. Maybe you need more zz's.

A hot shower can help get the blood flowing.
