Flat/flabby muscles?

Does anyone have a GREAT, SUPER HUGE, AWESOME FEELING PUMP on some days say for bi's and chest and then the next day your arms feel flabby or just plain flat?? As of now here's my routine---->Chest, Bi, Back Monday 3 to 4 exercises each muscle increasing each week by 5lbs and sets are 3 to 4 with reps at 12 10 then 6 to 8 increasing weight on each set. Tuesday Legs, Tris, Shoulders same as day before with sets and reps. Wed Off Thurs Repeat above BUT I stick with different exercises to work the other parts of each muscle group and do drop sets and burnouts......Fri same as above and Sat Sun OFF I've only been into this routine about 2 weeks and don't feel as though my body will adjust to the work I put it through in one day with 3 muscles......I'm looking to bulk so I'm gaining from eating and lifting BUT I just feel out of whack like I posted above saying flabby and flat compared to feeling more solid. I know being ripped and cardio shows that off but I think I would notice a little more solidness in my muscles or some size but I seem to be losing size(maybe overtraining) I rest 8 to 9 hours a night, no drinking, smoking and eating 5 to 7 meals a day.
 
i used to get that all the time. just depends on what lifts you did and how hard u hit the weights. sometimes my chest would be swole as hell for like 2 hours after the lift session, then it would shrink down. ive had my arms half an inch larger right after a workout for a couple hours.
