Fitness models - ideal cycle?

Need some advice from all those fitness models out there. I am on my fourth cycle and have been juicing for two years. Did the basic sust/deca stack to begin with and have slowly progressed. This fourth cycle lasted 12 weeks and consisted of 500mg/week test cyp, front-loading first two weeks with d-bol. Then added in 250/mg week deca. From weeks 9-12 did 50mg/day fina with winstrol. Gains have been great but I am sick of swelling up and looking puffy with pockets of fat. How can I gain muscle while maintaining a relatively lean physique? Would appreciate some good advice.
 
How is your diet?..If neccessary you should restrict certain foods from your diet until you get the desired rusult, No Dairy, Low Salt, watch your carb intake. AS is 40%, Diet and Sleep is the rest!
 
im assuming you are talkin about male fitness models.........first thing is stay away from excessive aromatisable gear use (test, dboll, etc), use aromatise inhibitor, estorgen=bloat/fat build-up. ideally if you want to make good gains with little or no water retension, use items like winny, vars, eq (not over 600mg/week), deca (not over 400mg/week), tren, primo, small doses of test+aromatise inhibitor (say no more then 500mg/week along with 2.5mg/femera/ed or better yet aromasin at 25mg/ed)

YOUR DIET WILL DICTATE HOW YOU LOOK, stay away from fatty/sweet/salty/refined/enriched shit
