32 5'10 182 pounds. I'll be running my first cycle starting in 2 weeks. I started working out about 18 months ago and have been real good with my diet and workout schedule since. I was pretty weak when I started (I had never worked out in my life before that). I'm going to be running the following. I'm going to be taking some Novaldex to keep bloat down during cycle and then running HCG for PCT. What do you guys think? I've done a good amount of research.
25mg Dbol weeks 1-4
500 mg Test weeks 1-10
What kind of strength gains can I be expected to see? I can bench press 175 about 4 times. I know this is not alot at all, but it's a hell of alot better then when I started 18 months ago (at least I don't throw up when I look in the mirror anymore)...
