First workout plan *Crits Please*

i know its more than likely unbalanced, this is my first attempt at making one, anyone care to take a look and give me some advice on what i should change? (Some resources takin from BTFFTM)

Can you post it for the non-plats?
 
I would switch to 3 day a week program. I think iif you are going heavy, you might hit a wall from training too often. I guess feel out how you feel after doinig it awhile. Personally I would look at the single factor 5x5 and start one of those routines, seems like a fine tuned version of what you want to do. I bet that would progress you more.
