I'm about 6'6" and about 185 lbs and i have always had trouble gaining mass although i do gain strength.. I've been lifting for about 6 years and just started my first cycle last week.
week 1-10 -- 1cc test propinate 100 / eod (3cc total weekly)
week 1-10 -- 1cc deca 400 / weekly
I have nolv and have been taking it everyday, i was wondering if I am suppose to be taking it everyday or just when i start developing symptoms of gyno or when im suppose to be taking it?
Also i was wondering what you guys advise I should take during my PCT and what kind of diet I should be on while taking this cycle.. Currently i eat just about anything and everything that is infront of me not too healthy but not THAT crappy..
also i know this is a shot in the dark but any guesses on what kind of results this cycle would give me? I'm actually only aiming at breaking 200..
I read up alot before i started this cycle so i'm not going into it blind but there is way more then i thought to it..
