So I'm thinking about doing my first cycle of test and Clen. Looking for some advise on this. I train hard 6 days a week twice a day cardio abs in morning and weight training at night. Been doing heavy low reps one month switch to moderate to 10 reps another and then low weight high reps. I'm 6'2" 197lbs and my diet is pretty good I have my off days but who doesn't. Any advices will be helpful

I always like to preach that a first cycle should be based on gaining as much mass as possible, not a cut.

Maybe run a Clen cycle first to get to your desired BF %, then start a test run. You will be much happier with the outcome.

Clen:

2 weeks on 2 weeks off then repeat, slowly tapering up dose based on tolerance

Or

6 weeks straight with a much slower taper

Once you have reached desired bodyfat

Test:

Test enanthate 500mg/week
Weeks 1-12 or 14
Inject 2x/week

Aromasin 12.5 eod
Weeks 1-12 or 14

PCT 2 weeks after last test injection
Clomid/Nolva
 
I was speaking with a buddy of mine that told me doing straight Clen wouldn't get me the results I wanted for being cut. Said I should stack it with the test. I originally wanted to do the Clen alone. I think I will stick to that. I don't really wanna get super mass and make it obvious that I'm on something. A little mass would work for me which I can achieve with upping my protein intake.
 
Well, there's no sense in running Clen if your trying to put on a few pounds.

Clen won't burn fat if your eating a surplus of calories. It will allow you to eat a tad more on a cut for the same amount of fat loss, but don't go thinking you can use Clen and fat will melt off while you grow, it doesn't work that way. And yeah the test technically would help the fat loss, but it's all diet and training dependant.

Steroids don't burn fat, nutrition and cardio/training burn fat. Test would be there mainly to preserve muscle while in a "catabolic" state. But Clen will do the same anyways so there's really no sense in using both for better results IMO
 
I'm trying to get cut. I do cardio just about everyday and my diet is good. I'm just looking to get ride of this last bit so i have the full 6 showing. I train hard everyday and have been for close to 3 years now double sessions.
 
if you are doing daily cardio and your diet is good you will cut ... aim for a 500 calorie deficit. clen will interfere with your cardio bigtime, this is something you should know before you use it. lets say you run a 7 minute mile for example.. on clen expect to run 8 or 9 minutes.. its that awful for your heart
