So I'm thinking about doing my first cycle of test and Clen. Looking for some advise on this. I train hard 6 days a week twice a day cardio abs in morning and weight training at night. Been doing heavy low reps one month switch to moderate to 10 reps another and then low weight high reps. I'm 6'2" 197lbs and my diet is pretty good I have my off days but who doesn't. Any advices will be helpful
