I am contemplating using for first time !!
I'm 30 y/o , with lean frame 6'1 195 lbs 12-14 % fat

I am apprehensive about possible side effects ( hair loss , hypertension ) l

I am deciding between, SUS and Winstrol , or possibly both !

I would be happy with 10 lbs of muscle !!! Not looking for 30 lbs

Could you explain side effects of SUS and Winstrol and do these make sense ????

Welcome to the board.....I would suggest doing some solid research on different drugs and their side effects.....you mention 2 side effects both of which can be caused by a number of drugs, Sus and Winnie being two of them.....

sust and winny can both make you lose your hair...but pretty much all of them have the possibilty of doing that. sust and winny are a great combo though. i would recommend doing:

week 1-8 sust 250mg/wk
week 5-10 winny 50mg/ed
week 11 clomid 100mg/ed
week 12-13 clomid 50mg/ed
