First timer with questions

I have been researching this forum for a couple of days and before i move forward i was hoping someone would take the time to answer my newb questions.
I am 30 years old, 6ft and 167 lbs. (just dropped 15 lbs of fat) I recently was told by a trainer friend after trying everything to gain muscle mass that it just isn't in my genetics. I eat about 7 times a day. i drink whey protein shakes and also EAS weight gainer. My diet usually consists of tuna. eggwhites, chicken breats, turkey and lean cuisine entrees. I also get a fair shar eof pasta and wheat bread along with veggies . I usually eat my weight in grams of protein or a little more than that. More protein as the day goes on. Max Stack and Creatine never did a thing for me but cost me money.
My workout routine is 6 days a week. Sometimes 7. Im not overtraining as i'm on a 5 day cycle. So every 10 days or so i work out a body part twice. Low reps, high weight. I do about 30 mins of cardio a day and Tae kwon do twice a week. Also about 16 hours of heavy construction work every week. (for now)
My questions are :
would you recommend a simple program to start- no stacking, just test for maybe 10 weeks at 375.
Could someone break this down for me, the risks, side effects, adminstering (how often, methods), and are we allowed to discuss actual cost?
I absolutely don't want to gain a lot of fat and retain water. I dropped 15 lbs of fat and my face looks great -chiseled and i dont want to lose that. i was thinking of liquidex.
Do i need to stop the cardio while im on the stuff?
I'm in pretty good shape as it is and am not looking for big results. I would be happy with 10-15 lbs of muscle and then to maintain it from there. I'm not looking to grow like some of you guys. Damn!
Im patient and am in no huge hurry, ive waited this long.
By the way i like this group of people,( I was warned that you were all a little edgy.) I will continue to research on this site before i actually start a cycle, i just thought this would be a good starting point. Thanks!

First of all, I think you are probably overtraining with 6-7 days/week. or you are simply not training intesly enough.

depending on how long you have been training i don't believe that you have reached your genetic limit at 170lbs 6'1"

You sound like you have some knowledge as far as diet goes. I would tell you that if you wanted to gain muscle you simply need to increase your calories, however you have just lost some fat and I totaly understand you not wanting to put that back on again.

I don't think you should do a cycle just yet. especially with your goal only being 25 lbs which would put you at 185 roughly
instead I would cut your training down to 3-4 days per week and train intense. do a search for the "5x5" training routing in the training forum.

also do a search for animalbolics. this is a diet designed to help some shed body fat or stay lean while gaining lean mass at a conservative rate. read up on the above and hopefully it will give you the tools you need to help you reach your goals

Hmmm. Thankyou but it's not what i wanted to hear. It doesn't matter how i change up my routine, i never really grow. I have tried the 3-4 times per week routine. i know i work out intensely enough. take my legs for example. they are terribly sore for several days after my workout. So much so that when i waited tables it posed a real problem. I have a workout partner and friends who are trainers and im telling you- i have tried everything. Maybe if i got the exact routine for my body i could gain a couple more pounds of muscle but not 15! I thought my testosterone levels may be very low but testosterone supplements didn't do anything for me.
So i'm really looking for a good starting program. Please help.

With what you just said then yes a cycle would probably be exactly what you need to if you choose to do so. you will probably experience good results as well being that you have been working out consistantly for along time.
you could do a test cycle only in which I would recomend sust or enan @ 400-500mg/wk for 8-12 weeks or how ever long you decide.

If you wanted to stack a few componds iwould o

test 400-500/wk
eq 400mg/wk
dbol 30/day(optional)

I think test only would be fine for a first cycle. i wish i would have done so. that way if you whish to do a second cycle in the future you can through in another AS.

thanks a lot Hulkinator. I took your advice and read up on the 5by 5 routine and may try it. Your post is a bit cryptic though. What is AS? this is somehting i should know i guess. Can you tell me a littl eabout test? its advantages and disadvantages. I have been studying these forums for hours.
 
AS = anabolic steroids
Test will probably make you hold water, it ruins my beautiful face into being bloated. Check up on primo, eq, and winny. Especially eq
 
test or testosterone -advantages stacks great with everything(should be the base of any cycle if possible in my opinion. also leads to great gains in lean mass. disadvantages= some forms of test such as enanthate can cause you to hold water causing you to look kind of baloonish. often causes increased blood pressure, can lead to gynocomastia,etc... however, there are some forms of test such as testosterone propionate and sustenon which do not cause as much water retention or gyno.

if you choose to go with a testosterone then i would say go with sustenon. injecting 250mg every third day.
example: you would inject on monday-friday-tuesday-saturday etc... continue in this patern until you decide to end your cycle.
Unless you have plenty of cash to spend on you cycle primobolan can be a bet pricey. so I would run eq or equipoise(a vetenarian steroid) with the sustenon at 400mg per week)
eq will make your muscle rock hard and give you a very vascular appearance.
and be sure to have clomid and nolvadex for post cycle recovery
continue to research about the individual AS and which one stack well with eachother as well as how to carry out a well planned cycle. what i have told you is only the tip of the ice berg
 
The more i read the more confused i get. Is EQ hard to come by? When you say expensive- how much is it going to run? I want to stay away from injecting if possible, especially for my 1st cycle. When you say sustenon does not cause as much water retention, do you have a better idea of the differences in retention. Balloonish is not my goal. I want the muscle as lean and tight as possible.
I did not find a really well explained description of these drugs. On one site the price for EQ is 12$. Is this for a single dose? I still can't find a really good break down of side effects etc. Thanks again.
