first timer looking to take off some weight

after the knee injury I gained a crap load of weight from just sitting around. Ive already lost about 70 pound since my knee has gotten better and plan to get back to my normal weight. at 255 Im big but I dont look like im 255. But to me i know im fat. I ussually use an oliptical cause of my knee but ill try out the treadmill with a knee brace and do what you recomended. As for my diet in the morning before I go to the gym I usually eat a low fat yogurt and a protien shake, for lunch chicken ceaser salad or a buffalo chicken wrap, dinner small piece of chicken and a protien shake, sometimes small piece of steak. Ill try to work in a few more hand size meals to keep the matobolism going and try the oatmeal and stuff like you said. Aslo I drink alot of crystal light and water through out the day.

Hey bro

The big this is get diet in check. As was said earlier, AAS will help you enhance your body but if diet is crap it does no good. Your cardio seems to be fine, but at 5'11', 255 what is BF%?

I would try natural for a while, consistency pays off. There is not miracle thing to take to lose your fat. exercise, exercise, exercise, thats it.

Keep it up for another 6 months, and then you can take a look at AAS.

Good luck bro and keep training

Ok man, I am 5' 11'' too, and was about 255lbs when I got back into training..... I'm lucky though, cause I've been training for 20yrs, so i know what works for me, so losing the weight was pretty easy..... I got 3 tips for you based on what you've posted so far....

1. Do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach..... NEVER DO CARDIO BEFORE LIFTING WEIGHTS...... This will deplete your body of glycogen, and you won't be as strong in your lifts...... Also, it takes your body 18mins of an elevated HR to get your body in Fat burning mode..... So, when youre lifting weights, youre getting your HR up, and heading towards Fat burning mode..... So, by the time you are done lifting, youre in Fat burning mode, making it a perfect time to do cardio.... So, if youre gonna do cardio close to lifting weights, do it AFTER, NOT BEFORE..... Personally, I walk for 45mins in the AM, and do another 30mins on the Treadmill after lifting weights..... Takes the fat off fast....

2. Stop eating the Yogurt...... I know I know, you constantly hear Yogurt is GREAT for you, but not really for BB's looking to lose fat..... Yogurt has alot of Sugar in it, which will cause an insulin spike, taking you out of fat burning mode, and possibly making you STORE CALORIES AS FAT..... You need to restrict sugar intake even more then the average guy, since youre already a bit heavy......

3. Get on Ephedrine and Caffiene stack..... It's a great stack that will burn fat, and decrease your appetite, making your diet easier..... It's a great "Long Term" stack, that is effective for weeks of use..... When you get down to about 15% BF, you can think about getting doing some Clen cycles if you want, but EC is a great stack for you at the moment..... If you need dosage information on EC, just ask....

I was exactly where you are when I was 22. Everyone's different, but I saw much quicker results doing just as split suggested. If you do your cardio in the morning as soon as you wake up, you'll be amazed how quickly you drop weight.

Then, do your lifting in the evening, no more than an hour to an hour and fifteen. Do some moderate walking afterwards for 10-15 minutes.

I know you want to drop that weight as quickly as possible, but if you're doing an hour of cardio and jamming a weight routine in the middle, after a couple weeks, you'll notice your body start to break down and your chance of injury will increase significantly.

Forget about the winny, it's not a fatburner.

ok cool thanks for the advice guys. I didnt look into it much I was just goin on what the guy that was trying to sell the stuff was saying. I def appreciate all the help and plan to use what you guys said to reach my goals. Thanks.

I see you only eat three meals a day.. up that to 5 0r six evenly spaced meals..Ideal is about 2.5 hours apart. Doing this will jumpstart your metabolism..remember this isn't a race. Make this journey successful by setting realistic goals..the long term is what your looking at..you wanna change your lifestlye and that doesnt happen quick. besides looking good you wanna be healthy and live a healthy life....Good luck to you bro...and welcome..

for the last couple days ive been upping my meals and doing what you guys suggested for the lifting and then cardio im going to keep this up and in a few weeks see what happens. Also going to pick up some vasopro and throw that into the mix.

"Ive been going to the gym for 4-5 months now" - You need some patience my man. You have no business taking performance drugs of any kind. If you repeatedly ask this question I have no doubt you'll get some people telling you to take this or that, but the cold hard fact is you just need to put the work in.
Forget the Winstrol or any other type of AAS, steroids build muscle - diet and exercise remove fat.

GENARR3...OLD SCHOOL bro.......i couldn't have said it any better myself
