Well I have never used an 18g before in my life. and this all happened by mistake. I went to Sams Club and got some pins. My dumbass did not check them and the lady gave me 18g. ...So, with the gear I have been using it was honestly taking 5 minutes per ml to draw it out of the bottle....So I used the 18g needle to draw it out and BAMMMMMM...it was done it 2 seconds....

Then injecting it was the same. Before, took a while with the 25g needle now, with the same 25g needle is just flies right into my muscle.....THis is great and everybody should do it this way.

I am just curious on why it goes through the 25g needle into the muscle faster than before. Not sure, but saving me a ton of time..

there is no way it goes through the 25g any easier just because you drew it up with an 18g bro, the viscosity of the oil did not change.

If it seemed to go in easier with the 25g after you drew with the 18 its probably because your hand isn't tired from holding the damn thing

now if you are saying you injected with an 18 then YES, it will go in faster!

of course it will.

I have always drawn with an 18g and shot with a 25g, been doing it like that for years

It is going to go in faster too. Because he didn't damage the pin sticking it through the rubber when he was drawing.
You use an 18 to draw so you inject with a fresh pin, as well as to speed up the draw.

he's not closing up the hole in the needle, just dulling the tip by putting it through the rubber stopper. i really don't think that is going to slow down the friction of the oil leaving the needle

Thanks....Cool shit.

most of us do use 1-20ga to draw and smaller to inject bro... its only common sense

I read every post about an 18ga needle because they are always fuckin funny and this was no exception. I draw with a 18 and shoot with a 23ga myself but it does not shoot faster...I think its the hand fatigue factor....shit..LMFAO.

Q.

That is sort of how I have always drawn and stuck,

Draw with an 18g needle

Inject with a 23, 25 or a slin pin.

Every injection requires two needles.

yeh, can't beat off, draw out and inject all with the same hand ya know!

I draw with a 21 and inject with a 25. Today I was out of it or something and forgot to switch needles and just injected with the 21. Didn't hurt, just worried about being sterile after dipping into Sustanon then Deca. Oh well, I'll find out soon enough.

I use a 27 to draw, and 16 to shoot. I got a feeling I' m doing something wrong.

16 gauge, thats like a shotgun shell,

Are you drawing blood from your muscle and injecting into the vial or

Are you drawing gear and injecting gear into the muscle.

16 gauge, you could cut down on the pain, just take a scissors and poke a hole in your glute and pour the gear in, and safety pin it closed.

duck tape it shut

Always draw with an 18 gauge. Injecting with it???? Na!

It will shoot faster if the needle is shorter (less friction). This happens with me if I change from 1.5" to 1" needle of same gauge.

in my oppinion 18g is too large even to draw with. I don't like seeing chunks of rubber in my vials or syringes. 21g is the largest ill use, but usually 22g is what i buy.

also to point out a smaller barrell will make it take less effort to push the oil through the needle

example the smaller plunger of an insulin syringe will exert 3 times the force/pressure on the entrance of the needle in the barrell than a 3cc syringe will. So it takes less effort to push anything through a 1cc needle.

Just try filtering fina using a whatman and a 50cc syringe, then try a 3cc and you'll see what i mean

I notice that Terumo have some 2.75" 20g pins. That should be good for even the deepest jug.

Has anyone tried 16g needles? You'd think the gear would just pour itself out of the syringe. I have to agree with QS, these 18g threads are always worth a look. :)
