First Time using Steriods any input :)

I am about to start my first 10 week cycle, i chose Testosterone 200 Depot.
i weight about 150 and am 5'7. Any suggestion to dosage per week and any other supplements.

Your going to get most people saying 500mg a week. Just make sure you have all your PCT on hand before you start.
 
At 150 lbs i suggest you workout a little bit and learn how to eat right before you put on 30 lbs just to lose it all within weeks after coming off.
 
yea hes 150 but hes also 5'7". i am 6'2" and 300lbs but i was 171 lbs in high school 13 years ago. 150 at 5'7" is pretty big for that height. make sure your diet and training are in complete check and go with around 400-500mg of test for your first cycle. test will only work if you eat and train right. good luck.
 
k, so you all have said eat right by that do u mean a certain amount of this and that or just eat good. Please get a lil more in detail i'd apperciate all the great info or input you guys have, and thanks for the responses. Ya i am 150 atm and do you guys recommend a good protein shake every day or ?. And what is a normal cycle time frame. 5 weeks 10 weeks ?

yes i started under 120 and was in shape, worked out for many years. i am small, and at 5 7" myself my last cycle i was at 150 and was JACKED.
 
i would go for 10 weeks with that compound. try to get at least 4000calories a day. how much of that test do you have ? i hope 2 bottles, do 2ccs a week for 10weeks, that's 400mg/week. that would be a very good first cycle. at your weight try to get at least 300grams to 350grams of protein a day.
i drink 3-4 protein/carb shakes a day, they are 500calories each i make mine with whole milk
 
man, seriously if you are asking what you need to eat and if a protein shake is a good thing daily, you need to take a step back and learn a little more. my guess is you havent trained correctly, eaten correctly, or done anything else correctly. And then you want our advice on what steroids to use, how much, and what else to use. FINE. Someone will give you good advice, but you need to First figure out how to eat and lift correctly. If not, its going to be a big waste.

As for the guy who mentioned he was 120 pounds. i seriously hope you didnt use steroids at 120 pounds. But to each his own.
 
Actually Michaeltt i was asking to see if i was in the right ball park that i have set up already, in the past i used high protein food to suplement my protein intake when i was just working out. Now with the body increasing they way it metabilizes protein on steriods i know a shake would supplement that but wasnt sure if i needed to double the amount of protein versus my body weight or not. But know i know i was on the right track and i apperciate all that posted the tips that assured me i was headed in the right direction.

Thats why i posted here i want the very best input and i know you guys are experienced and thanks again.

Ohhh yea i do have 3 bottles actually, :) now to get a picture before / after :)
 
first cycle of test....MUST take in at least 2-3 times your body weight in protein each day, lift heavy and take in a ton of calories, like3-5,000 each day for best results, that is, if you're fairly lean already. ive found that youll look the best and feel the best when you start out lean, but at 150 im guessing you are already.
 
dood as long as your diet is in check and you have a few years under your belt in BB...youll be fine...Read up on the compounds your using...and see how you react to them..as everyone is different...and Ive also seen studies arguing that 3X your body weight in protein...not sure if i agree but new studies show that you only need 30-50mg of protein a day.....and no its not for non BB's...I started out no really knowing a whole lot...which wasnt smart but Ive learned more from experiencing each compound than i ever did from reading...make sure you have a tight PCT or dont even waste your time and money on a cycle..
