Hey guys, Ive been a long time visitor, first time posting.
What I would like to know is, for a first time user, what would be the best way to go for strength( more so) and size.
Beastdrol, i know is great for strength, but heard its not recommended for a first cycle.
Dieselbolan, heard its great for size but less strength than Beast.
Or Helldrol, I havent really looked too much into this one

Thanks in advanced!

Gotta give ur stats age, weight, yrs. lifting etc. or no one can help. Lot of smart people here that can really point u in right direction

20 years old
6'1
216
around 25% BF (not going for cut, i want strength and size)
lifting hardcore for about 2.5 years

i liked beastdrol personally, just by itself with supporting supps and a strong PCT will put you in the green for a solid first cycle, Although only 20 years old and 6'1 216 with 25% body fat and only 2.5 years of training I would guess your diet sucks to say the least IMO. Im sure you have heard the old eating clean 5x a day and strict workouts and plenty of sleep will get you to your goals, and that is true and would be my recommendation, no need to cycle when your at that age, but if you must. . . . Beastdrol beasted me up.

I have been on a very clean diet for 3+ months now, no cheats, very strict. Only lost about 6%.
I train 5 days a week, sleep regularly lacks.
My dad is a big guy and my grandfather too (both sides), not mom thought. I guess i got all the bad genes, but i have put on some nice muscle. I just want to take it to the next step.
I had a PM about Helladrol, I think I will take that advice.
I think Beast will be too hard on me for the first cycle, second for sure though.
I want to play it safe.

Under 21 no AAS advice bro! However, you can get the gains you are looking for with the right diet and training. I know that's not what you want to hear but it is true. You need to figure your caloric intake for maintenance. Once you have done that then you can add 250 to 500 cals to that. Train hard and save the cycle for when you really need it. Your body is producing so much test right now a cycle of any type is a waste IMO. Good luck bro with whatever your decide to do.

Id also like to point out Strength VS size is more dependent on your training style than the gear you use.

I do explosive training. short, quick movements.
how can i find caloric maintainence?
Thanks, Im thinking i'll hold off until the new year at least

Good idea bro! I tried to link it but couldn't so just google calorie counter or caloric intake. You will get to a chart where you will enter your age weight heigth etc. It will give you a good idea of your maintenance. Just a place to start and then tweak it as needed. If you want to get really dialed in you can google and find the actually formula to plug the above info into and it will be more acurate. Its called the Harris Benedict formula. Also check out the nutrition section of this site and you will be well on your way bro!
