This is the first time I'm thinking of using steroids but I need help on what to take. My overall goal is to lose weight and be lean (cut). I'm 22 yrs old, 5'10", 195 lbs, body fat not sure but I'm fat I use to weight 160 2 years ago and in those two years didn't go to the gym or do any sort of cardio and now weigh 195 lbs.
For the past month in a half I've been doing this:
Mornings (5 days a week) - Interval Cardio 45 minutes to an hour and a short workout
Mornings (2 days a week) - Swimming 1 hr (Weekends)
Evenings (5-7 days a week) - Weight Training 1 hr, 30 mins Interval Cardio
I started a diet a nutritionist came up for me which includes no bread, red meat, starchy vegetables, or dairy products.
I've decided that I want to take steroids to get the lean cut look, I'm south asian and we've been genetically programmed to not be in shape and develop beer guts.
I'm not too sure on how to go about starting my first cycle, I want to be around 170 and cut.
My brother wanted me to go on enanthate(sp) and var but I researched it a little and didn't think he knew what he was talking about.
I was thinking of taking clen and t-3 while running a test continuously through. Which test should I use to help towards my goal and also how I should be doing this. I was told to run an ECA during my off weeks of clen.
