first time sus 250 and deca 250 cycle???

Hey, i have 10x1ml sus 250 and 10ml deca 250 just looking for any sort of imformation or guide lines i should follow as a first time user?
whats the best cycle with what i have, and do i need to take clomid at the end of it?
