first time suggestions

stats:
28yr old
6'5"
230lbs
18%bf
active and working out since puberty both cardio and weight
athletics basketball and baseball higher level competitions against college players and lower league pros

what do you think should be the first cycle

goals are lower bf%
strength gains
need more cut for the females
some mass but not too much - dont want to interfere with basketball with heaviness,, afraid it will cause coordination and quickness/agility decrease


Any opinions???

i was thinking Sust 500 for 10weeks with a clean LEANLEANLEAN diet
with clomid for 2 weeks pct

needs advice, thanks to all :)
 
SuS would be a good first go around.That was actually my Second Cycle but first cycle useing Test, I would throw in some Armidex at .5 mg ED, And For PCT I'd say no need to go crazy,Some Clomid and have Nolvadex on hand just in case there is any signs of Gyno....
 
sust 500 is a good way to go. Clomid should be at least 20+days to get your boys back in gear.
