Most people who use test to cut use test prop and stack it with other things. In your case, I would continue to diet and use food and exercise to help cut some of the weight off. Work on a good cardio routine. You do not want to starve yourself and lose a whole lot of weight at once. You will feel weak and lethargic and your body will not like you. You will also put yourself at risk of losing muscle mass. Get your diet in check now and when you do your first cycle later on, you will have the dieting knowledge to maximize your gains....you need to be eating about 6 small meals a day. Lots of protein and good carbs....fruits, veges, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lean meats, all natural peanut butter and omega 3 fatty acids for your fat intake etc. Drink plenty of water. No fried foods, fast foods, etc. I would recommend short, explosive cardio three times a week. This, combined with frequent small meals, will rev up your metabolism and get you going. You will get plenty of opinion on what the best cardio is but that is what I recommend. I have seen it work for a lot of people. There are people who say cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is the best way to go. If you go this route, do not eat for an hour after you finish the cardio. I believe in this kind of cardio. It worked for me, but everyone is different and has an opinion.
I cut from 220 to 160 in a couple months with cardio and good nutrition. I hit my first cycle of juice and bumped up to 190.
Your workouts in the gym should be intense, fast paced workouts that get you sweating and get your heart rate up. Try not to rest much between sets. You will change your workouts up later when your goals change but for now, stick with that kind of a routine. Let me know if you have any other questions. I am not saying no to the test, but hold off for now... you can maximize later. Your first cycle is supposed to be the best gains you will see and you will only get one first cycle. Dont rush it. Good luck. By the way, it wouldnt hurt to throw in something that is gonna help you burn some extra fat. An ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirine) or just some kind of ephedrine stack. Look into Omega's Lipoflame product here on the board. Some of the bro's are liking it, and I will soon order some for my wife and me. I get nothing out of recommending it to you, btw. Remember, do not starve yourself. Eating food will help you lose weight. You burn calories when you eat and digest your food. Starving yourself can shut your metabolism down by as much as 20 to 40%.
