First time on test,advice needed please

I have previously done 2 cycles,both the same,Primo/Winny.Was very happy with the results both times,I am now ready for some test.

39 years old/205lbs/bf% 14

been training on and off for 12 years

Here is what I plan

weeks 1-12 500mgs test e
weeks 1-12 25mgs proviron

Have Letro on hand in case of puffiness


start pct 2 weeks after last shot of test
pct is:
week 1-4 20mg nolva and 50 mg proviron


Questions:1)Do I need to run an AI during cycle or is the proviron sufficent?
Is the pct ok?I would rathernot do clomid as it makes me to depressed.Any suggestions on this and the cycle are greatly appreciated.

run an AI...AIFM is benefial for so many things, its almost a no brainer...

Running an AI during cycle and pct is always a very good idea.
Aromasin,AIFM or adex. Why not throw in some HCG for pct instead of just nolva.

Remeber an AI will hinder your gains in cycle. Only use if water retention becomes an issue. Have Nolva on hand if nips act up. Only use them IF NEEDED.
