First time on Sus and Deca!!

Hey i'll be startin a course on Sus and Deca cycle for 10 weeks. How bad will the water be? Also should i be combing them together or take 5 weeks of deca then sus or sus first! any reply would be most helpful.

5ft 9. 13st 2. used decs on it own last year!

I just finished one of a few Deca SuS Cycles and never really gained to much Water off them..You can take some Armidex to be safe though..

I just finished one of a few Deca SuS Cycles and never really gained to much Water off them..You can take some Armidex to be safe though..
