Dude, you should have titled this thread-I have no clue-please flame me until I'm in tears.
I'll spare you the pain of flaming you myself, but if you don't even know the basics of training and diet(which you obviously don't) you're not ready for AAS.
Any guy that's serious about training and knows his shit will be able to tell you how many grams of protein/carbs he's taken that day at any given time right off the top of his head. They will probably also be able to tell you what the have planned/prepared to eat over the next 24-48 hrs as well. Most will have a good idea of how much protein/carbs/fat in anything they eat at any given time. Ex a can of tuna = 36 grams of protein, a chicken breast = around 25 grams of protein, an egg = 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of fat a glass of skim milk= 8 grams of protein 15 grams of carbs, a can of a decent quality MRD 40-50 grams of protein and 60 grams of carbs.
If you can't rattle this shit off like I just did, you aren't even close to knowing shit about diet.
Training is a whole different pseudo science as well. I could elaborate, but why should I bother? You have a lot to learn and nobody here is going to do you homework for you.
Essentially what you are doing here is asking a question about Basic Algebra to a bunch of board members that are experts in Calculus, Trig, and Physics. So don't expect a friendly reach around for an answer. Guys like you are a dime a dozen. Even when good advice is offered, most guys like you don't listen anyway unless it's what you wanna hear. Maybe you're the exception?Hopefully after reading this you will be. If not go back to playing hacky sack, binge drinking, and having unplanned children, with the rest of the college punks your age
It's also not a great idea to ask for sources online-it will illicit PM's to you from scammers willing to capitalize off of your obvious lack of knowledge and possibly get you banned.
Now go read about training and diet. If you don't know the how's and why's of these 2 things you'll never maximize your gains while using AAS. And FYI winnie sucks for a 1st timer. 1st timers are best off using some sort of test alone.
And whatever you do, do not say to a big juicehead anything stupid like "I don't wanna be big like you, I just want to be more muscular" It's the most retarded thing I hear newbies say. The path to getting huge and getting more muscular are basically the same. Getting huge should be the least of your worries since there are assloads of knowledgeable guys using AAS and dieting/training like madmen that still have a tough time putting on size-and it's truly all they care about daily from waking up to bedtime.
