First Time Injector

Ok, I am finally doing my first intermuscular injection of Test. I had a guy i know shoot me for the first one but I eventually have to start learning myself. Thing is, I'm chicken shit.
Any suggestions? Will a drug store shoot me up?

Its not that bad. Its all in your mind, visit www.spotinjections.com and remember to aspirate your needle once you inject to make sure you have not hit a vein. If you aspirate ( pull back on the plunger and blood injects in the barrel) then pull your needle out and re-inject yourself . Use a 25 gauge 1 1/2 inch pin and remember to inject slow and you will be fine. You may want to buy some 18 or 20 gauge tips to draw out of your vial and then change your tips to 25 gauge.

I would be more nervous having some buddy inject me. A registered nurse is one thing but anyone else no way for me.

This is one of those things where you have to just say fuc it and do it!! Seriously, draw with one and then put on a fresh pin, take a deep breath and stick it! That thing will go in like butter!

My first inject was kind of a big deal , now I can't wait for pinning days ...enjoy it you will see is well worth it

Hey guys thank you, I appreciate it. I may just have to have someone with me when I do it the first time just for morale support. A few months ago I started doing HGH and those are just sub q injections and I was freaking out. I was so nervous, I wasn't thinking and instead of doing 2 ius I did 10! After that I was always a bit nervous but everytime I did it it was easier and up until a few weeks ago I was actually looking forward to it. I felt like a big man.
I have an ex-girl-friend that is an LPN Nurse and is one class away from an RN but she is not that reliable.
