First time I ever seen blood

27 210 lb 5'4. I almost always pin the glut but today when I pulled back on the plunger I saw blood so I pinned my quad instead I also have noticed test cys 250 is causing me to get knots under the skin I'm using 23g 1.5 long . Any info would be appreciated.

stop pinning the same place over and over.. that is why you are getting knots and/or you are missing the muscle.. at your height and weight i'm guessing you have a lot of fat, so u may have to use a longer needle.
