first time cycle

ok i know that there is a thread like this every five minutes...but i would like some advice/critisism from all you vets to the game.
this is what i'm thinking for my first cycle.
weeks 1-8 500mg sus 250. 250mg every 4 days
weeks 1-6 200mg durabolin. 100mg every 4 days
with nolva on hand just in case and clomid for pct.
i'm 28 and 5'10'. i weigh 230. i would guess about 15% body fat. i've never had it checked but i'm fairly lean. i've never done any type of aas. i've been training off and on since i was 19, but have been going at it steady for the last 2 and a half to 3 years. i am pretty happy with my progress so far being natural but i seem to have hit a plateu here lately. i don't think i can put on any more size naturally.
is this to much or not enough or just wrong....any advice would be appreciated. oh yeah and gearbox kicks ass. i got my order in 3 days flat and have been sitting here wasting pins practicing on an orange with vegatable oil all day:D never injected before so i thought i should practice.
 
lol - practicing with an orange. That's not a bad idea...would probably help alot of the newbs to do this.

I think the cycle looks okay, although, personally, I would probably go for 10 weeks total. Be sure to have your Post Cycle Therapy ready, as you will probably shut down hard from the durabolin.

looks good for a first cycle. no need to go 10 weeks. i would hit at least 300mg of deca a week. just do 1 1/2cc per inject. but 200mg should be good to go though
 
so run the durabolin as long as the test? i thought maybe i should up the durabolin to 300mg week since it's my first cycle, but wasn't sure. from what i understand it's good to hit it hard on your first one when your body is more responsive to it. is that true? as far as the length of the cycle, i've read so many different opinions about how long to run it, everything from 5-6 weeks to 16weeks so i thought i'd take the good old middle of the road and stick with 8. if i feel i'm still getting good gains at 8 weeks maybe i'll draw it out to 10. thanks for the advice!
