I have just finished my cycle which consisted of 500mg of karachi sustanon for 10 weeks and Pink thais dbol at 35mg for 5 weeks.
Now all stuff was bought from a good source and it was all legit. I had some bros look at it who have been in the game for years, and they said its all good to go.
Now, my stats before cycle were
age 21. 248lbs. Now i am weighing 260. a gain of only 12 lbs. Now the 12 lbs that i did gain was done while i was on dbol. After the dbol was over i did not gain a pound more what so ever.
the sus was taken 2 times per week. on mondays and thursdays.
diet was 300grams of protein and 5000 calories for first month, and then i let it slip a bit getting to lazy and picked it up for the last 3 weeks.
question is was the dosages to low for me at the body weight i was to begin with, i have been working out for 10 years so that aspect is fine.
some lifts before cycle
dead lift 475 for 1 rep after 5 weeks of dbol 585 for 1 rep didn't gow up after i stopped the dbol
bench 225 for 3 reps to 295 for 3 reps, and did 315 for 2 reps with a spot. also done around the time of finishing dbol.
curls, went from curling 110 for 2 reps to 140 for 4 reps.
shoulder press from 155 for six reps to 205 for six reps.
all were done around 5th - 6th week into cycle. didn't see any more progress in weight or strength gain after that.
i did harden up a bit too.
i have no bloat no gyno no acne etc.
i was thiking of running test enanthate at 1000 grams for 12 weeks next time with 40 of dbol for first 6 weeks.
in a year from now.
basically i did not blow up as much as i thought i would for size.
