First time cycle questions, confused!

Hi all

I'm new to the forum but there seems to be a healthy amount of support here so thought Id make a post and hope for the best

I'm currently eating a paleo diet at 24 years old, i'm 14% bodyfat and 74.8kgs

I want to shred my body fat to around 7/8% and then start to build. My abs aren't visible at all at the moment

I'd like to use gear, having trained at the local gym for almost 2 years and had a solid diet for the last year or so (I've lost over 40kg!) I really wanna take it to the next level but I'm a little lost when it comes to gear

I've read about Var and I am OK with injecting but would like some tips to get me started as I am not so knowledgeable. The last thing I want to do is get started and end out with bitch tits or a non existent libido!

Any advice would be really appreciated

You've only been training two years. Get more of a base. Learn how to eat 7 times a day every 3 hours religiously, learn how to train with intensity and volume. Then in a few years consider it. I have to laugh a lot to myself with all these young guys who have none to maybe 2 years of training under their belts wanting to go into full blown cycles. Unless you've been tutored very well by a knowledgeable person in proper training, I doubt the 2 years of training were consistent in most cases, or if they even know how to really train. Just throwing around weights with improper form and trying to figure out a routine is usually what is happening in the beginning of most guys journeys. Learn your body, learn to eat and to train properly first. If you do all of that, you'd be surprised at the natural gains you can make without jumping into AAS. I trained naturally for my first 22 years before I touched it. Not saying everyone should wait that long, but you need a solid natural base before AAS use. Otherwise you look like a lot of the young guys in my gym, big one month, shrunk the next. Unimpressive to say the least.
