First Test E cycle help.

weight 236 (down from 250!)
height 5'9"
BF 18.5%
Bench 205lbs 4x6 (I used to lift 225lbs 3x4 but have restricted my diet recently to lose fat)

I recently acquired 3 vials of ******* Test Enanth 250ml, 60 tabs of ****** Proviron 25mg, 40 tabs of ****** Letrozole 2.5mg, and 60 tabs of ******* Clomiphene 50mg. I was thinking of doing this cycle:

Week 1-20 Test E 375mg per week
Week 5-20 Proviron 25mg per day
Week 22-26 Clomiphene 100/50/25/25
Letrozole on hand for any gyno symptoms

I have never done a Test E cycle before. I did a couple of Deca cycles many years ago and had great results (250mg Deca per week for 20 weeks each cycle). I went from 165lbs to 210lbs lean (I was a thin and fit guy) and kept my gains--of course I slacked off for the last couple of years and packed on a lot of fat (got married, had a baby etc). I didnt really know what I was doing back then doing a deca only cycle with no PCT so now im trying to do things the right way and so im hoping some of you experienced guys can help.

Right now im trimming up so I can start a cycle and Im hoping to get down to 15% or less BF.

You need to get your diet under control before you even think about cycling. Get under 15% body fat before touching the needle. Using aas with high body fat will cause you a lot more problems like high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, etc...

You need a better pct as well. Clomid dose is too high.
 
Yeah I understand. I mentioned I was leaning up by exercising and restricting calories and getting to 15% BF or under before cycling. My diet is currently under control--lean beef, chicken, brown rice, vitamins, and fish oils. I was hoping for some advice or recommendations regarding the cycle above and my PCT.
You mentioned the clomid dose was too high.. What would you recommend? Should I get something in addition to clomid? Should I up the proviron dose and/or start taking it from the beginning.

Your cycle is really long, you're gonna be shut down hard. I'd personally shorten it to 14 weeks, and I'd run proviron the whole cycle. Maybe even bump to 50mg a day. Proviron goes great with test.

If you run test for 14 or 20 weeks... You're likely going to turn your nuts into raisins. You're gonna wanna run HCG on cycle starting around week 5 or 6 at 250iu twice a week. Or at the very minimum run HCGenerate on cycle starting week 5 all the way up to pct. I'd personally recommend running both (if money isn't an issue.) It will make recovery a breeze. You don't want to go into pct with raisins for balls.

As far as pct... A lot people experience terrible side effects from high doses of clomid. I personally don't get any side effects at 50mg ed but most people on this board are going to recommend lowering your clomid dose to 25mg a day. Combine that with Formastanzol, Forged Post Cycle, Unleashed and/or HCGenerate for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after your last pin (if you're running a long ester like test e.)

Also, I'm curious why your bench is so low? No offense, but you should be benching well over that. I'm almost 75lbs lighter than you and I rep 225lbs 12 times with ease. What kind of training split do you do weekly?

Also wouldn't hurt to run some kind of liver protection on cycle. Look into this amazing product called N2guard. Best shit ever for a steroid cycle. Covers all bases for protection.

Also future reference, were not allowed to post lab names of steroids, hence why they were edited out of your first post.

I would also highly recommend getting blood work done before starting. The fact that you ran TWO DECA cycles for 20 WEEKS, with NO pct, really scares me lol. I don't know how you recovered from that... Because deca shuts you down SUPER hard... Especially at 20 weeks... That's just insane. Get bloods done bro, make sure you are actually recovered from that shit.

Back when I was working out religiously I was doing 3-4 sets of 225lbs x8. A couple of years ago I slacked off hard, worked out at home with no spotter, dropped the cardio, and so I lost some strength and endurance.

Recently I restricted my caloric intake (with the help of a handy little app) to just 2000 and started doing lots of cardio--I'm talking about 3 miles every other day. So I think I don't have energy for heavy lifting. Im thinking I should do a little more research and find a better routine involving weights instead of so much cardio.

You're right though. I should go back to the gym so I can have a spotter and start pushing myself harder, maybe order some pre-workout energy supplements.

Wow. Ok I can look into some blood work. Those deca cycles were over 9 years ago and I can't remember feeling like crap afterwards or anything. I feel fine right now, normal sex drive, and blood pressure is perfect.

What kind of blood work am I asking my doctor for?

After 9 years I'm sure your body has recovered by now, but you still need to get blood work... Before and after any cycle. Ask your doctor for a full hormone panel. This will check your testosterone, estrogen, prolactin, etc.. levels. Make sure they are in healthy ranges before starting a cycle.

As far as working out... Yes you absolutely need to start going to a gym 3-5 times a week.. a different muscle group each day. Def get a Pre-workout supp.

After you're done cutting body fat at 2000 cals a day, I would raise your caloric intake to at least 3500-4000 a day when you start your cycle. Test won't do much on 2000 calories.
 
Unless you want to shred at 2000 cals, the test will just preserve the muscle whilst u shred the fat, otherwise, as mentioned by all in a year, increase ur cals, also get bloods DURING the cycle as well so you know how your body is reacting to the gear :) also it can check the legitimacy of the gear

Do I take the letro ED, EOD, or only when I start feeling/ looking bloated (or signs of gyno)?

I probably should of gotten some arimidex? I'm currently waiting on an order of HCG and some more proviron. The way I understood it was that proviron helps to reduce estrogen and that 500mg of test e was a relatively low dose.
