First sustanon 400mg cycle

Hi to all,

I had started a sustanon 400mg cycle, this is my second week.

Dose at 400mg/ 200mg x 2 a week. Every 3.5 days.
Will be running it for 12 weeks. From 6-12 weeks dose
Will be at 400mg x 2 a week every 3.5 days.

Conserns:
1)This is my 3 shot, filling a little disconford in my left nipples.
What should I take as cycle support to prevent gyno and at
What dose. For how long.
2)Does the dose from weeks 6-12 at 800mg a week twice a weeks
At 400mg every 3.5 day make sence? If not what dose you guys
Recomend.

I would run a small dose of an AI like ARIMIDEX,LETROZOLE or AROMASIN
to help avoid any estrogen related sides.

How about dose? Does its make sence? Do you think tsus at 800 mg a week will be fine.

don't think you need 800 mg per week on your first cycle or ever for starters...

I am running sus only and I am using forma for my AI. I had sore nips for a few days got forma in and havent looked back since.. GOOD stuff

I'd still keep it at 12 weeks max. 16 is too long of a cycle.

Yeah I ordered some forma and have some clomid coming in, hope that work for me as well.

How many mg are you using a week, do you split, how long you are planing to go?

im running 500mg a week 250 mon/250 thursday..Im planning on running 12 weeks even though I have enough to run it longer. its the only thing i have ever ran and I have made amazing gains on that amount per week. Last time i gained about 20 pounds and kept most of it..This time i jump started it with beast and im on my 5th week and i started at 198 im now 218
