Just took my first shot of karachi sustanon 250 on saturday and i was wondering how long it would be before i would felt the effects i plan on another one on tuesday. thanx

I'm running 8 weeks of sus 250 @ 250mg week. Just did my second shot Thursday with no pain. Sex drive seems to be a bit high though. I have a friend who is into his fourth week and just starting to see good gains.

I beg to differ. Prop begins to become biologically active about 3-6 hours after injection. It's not like a narcotic so the "feel" is different, but you may notice some CNS stimulation. A little extra pep in your step a few hours after your shot. Once released from the ester the testosterone is availible to androgen receptors so anabolism is under way rather quickly after injection. This means you must supply your body with the resources necessary for anabilic activity at a higher degree. EAT. Noticable growth does not happen over noght so it will take some weeks before it gets obviuos, but that does not mean there is nothing happening within your body.

I do not understand why some people say that sust will not kick in till 3-4 weeks. i usually feel the stuff by the end of the first week or the beginning of the second and i never front load.

The propionate ester in the sust goes to work almost immediately. And i feel the increased sex drive within an hour of the first shot. Also by the morning after the first shot i usually look a little tighter and feel stronger. So by the end of that first week i see the results start to happen.
