First shot coming up!

Well i am going to do my first shot ever on tuesday!I am using 23guage 1.s pin and shooting 1cc of qv enenthate.I'm doing it myself.Is the glute that hard to do on your own?Aspirating while keeping the needle straight sounds hard.Any advice from you bros that shoot on your own.

Are you a big dude? I have a hell of a time reachinh all the way around like that. If I strain too much to get around, I get a cramp in my lat. Not good timing.

Hi,
Im 6-1 240.So yeah pretty big.Man that's what i'm worried about.The thigh is looking better,but i beleive my pins(23x1.5)are too big.

If you want to go for the quad (i'm partial to the quad myself) just don't push it in all the way. If your pretty lean it shouldn't take a 1.5 for the quad. At 240 and 6'1'' how lean are you?

Not very lean at all.So you think i can get by with the quad just don't push it in all the way?I looked over the sites at spotinject.com and the quad seems much easier for self pinning.Next cycle i will get the 25guage as they seem to be the choice for quads.

Will they develop scar tissue shooting twice a week alternating sides?Thanks.

Here's what you do...take the little cover that goes over the pin, cut it down so there is only a half inch left, then slide it over the pin you're injecting with...this allows only 1 inch of the pin to go in, and the pin cover goes all the way to the skin, so you can hold it stable while aspirating/shooting.

You should never stick it in all the way anyways...it's possible that the pin could break and you wouldn't be able to get it out. I always use this method when injecting...and I always do quads.

23ga are fine.

i'd try and give about 4-5 days between injection locations to prevent scar
tissue, but this also depends alot on volume and type of substance injected.
