Well this is my first actual post. Been on the forum for a couple months now gaining Information and ideas. Quick little overview of myself.
Age-24
Height-5"9
Weight-208
Bf-no clue
Previous cycle was andropen 275 at 550mg a week for first 5 weeks and the. 275mg for last 5
I'm fully aware I messed up and did not do proper research before this cycle. It was a rooks mistake and I learned my lesson. My pct was not in line and I am much more Informed now for this next cycle.
Anyways I'll be starting my next cycle come January and have had all proper blood work done pre cycle and it has all checked out and plan to monitor blood work throughout cycle. This cycle will consist of
Omnadren 500mg weeks 1-12
Dbol weeks 1-5 at 40mg a day
Tren ace at 75mg Ed weeks 7-12
Hcg 500iu weeks 1-12
Clomid 50mg a day weeks 13-17
I also have arimidex on hand for any gyno issues.
So I guess I'm mainly posting to see if anyone has any tips or suggestion for me throughout this cycle that could help maximize gains. My diet and cardio are in check. Doing 30 min cardio 6 days a week on top of my lifting. Been cutting bf as low as I can for past 3 months to prepare for cycle. Used to weigh 330lbs when I was 20 years old and got myself down to 196lb but now since then I have been lifting consistently for 4 years and have packed on some muscle.
All advice is appreciated. Good and bad since I'm sure there will be some things I might not want to hear.
