i just gave blood today at school and i forgot to ask them if i can workout today..so would anyone have advice? I wouldnt want to be benching in blood namean
You should be alright training today as long as you give yourself enough time(and eat), before your training. If you start to feel dizzy or light headed, just stop.
yeah i just ran it through my mind..im not exactly feeling that weak or anything but no point going if im not really going hard...alrite thanks for the input but ill save my strength til tomorrow or maybe tonight
