first post, had some questions

i was wondering about some stuff. i am getting into working out and am interested in losing inches and cutting up. any advice on what kind of supplaments or anything i would be interested in that i could get some results with. Have a friend who reccomended winni-v from legal steroids, but i have been reading it was a fake and does not work. any suggestions
 
now im new also but after reading tons of treads on here im pretty sure the main answer youll get is :

1. DIET
2. CARDIO

and should probably post up some stats

bro, i do not know if i read it correctly or not but you said you have just started working out. try it out for a couple of months see how it goes for you, and i agree with greater.. diet and cardio will be a big key to losing inches and cutting up..

not really looking you any of the pro-gear. was wndering if there was any type of supplement to mix in with diet and work out to see some results. i am really doing alot of cardio : 3 times a week 1hr of BJJ and 1 hr of kick boxing total of 2 hrs session, and running about 2 miles every morning. i amso started a weight work out as well and really trying to eat as good as i can. i am stuck in mid east right now, so hoping the heat will help to.

What exactly does your diet look like bro?

i am in the military and i try to eat what ever is at the chow hall. mostly for breakfast it is eggs and fruit. lunch is salad and chicken, and dinner is chicken and rice. there is not alot of options. what would you reccomend if anything ? my main goal is not to get all body builder big, just i want to get my BF down.

Well you are in luck bro. I was a cook in the army for 4 years. What post are you on right now?

I would be more then happy to talk to you about how to use the chow hall and what money and options you have to get a good diet down for your self.

Please send me a pm bro and we can talk at greater length about this.
 
Cardio will help alot bro to get your bodyfat down and so will your diet..

Needto... for plat members..im stil thnkn about it.. i was wondering if you still have to wait 600 seconds before posting? its a pretty big piss off lol..
