first post and first cycle questions

Hey

height: 6 ft
age: 25
weight: 167
cycle: will be first
diet: 160g of protein on days I work out (120grams come from whey)
no more than 10 grams of mono per day
no more than 3 grams of sat per day
calories 1800-2000 per day (varies on weekends)
body fat: 4.4% (just measured with the electronic thing gold's)

Currently taking:
Force Factor
Beta Alenine
Glutamine
Whey

routine: monday-friday weights + cardio (Thursday is yoga day...don't hate...Sundays are soccer days...again don't hate)

I have been thinking of trying for awhile now and firs thing is first - I would prefer not to inject. My main goal is to gain strength more than mass, although some mass would be good as long as it is not water weight. I am already pretty cut and would like to stay this way but possibly get harder/longer pumps.


A lot of this is kind of overwhelming, but I thought anavar was the closest to what I am looking for, although I have some questions:

My first concern is what happens to my gains when the cycle is over or how many cycles I would need to take in order to keep most of my gains.
Second concern is what I need to take when the cycles are over.

I dont think you need gear if your only lifting weights twice a week

Why do you want to get stronger for... your yoga poses? lol j/k bro

Stay natty if your not serious with your sport/bodybuilding or powerlifting. Otherwise it just doesnt make sense to me.
 
he means he works out mon through fri i believe.

If i were you, i'd cut out a little cardio if you wanna gain weight, start eating way more, and get your protein more from lean meats and food rather than just relying on protein shakes. I don't really think you need to do steroids right now.. can you post up your workout?
 
167 lbs @ 6ft? If you truly desire to get bigger/stronger then try a basic routine & consume double to triple the calories that you do now. Focus on Squats, Benches & Rows. I have never seen 1 dude not get bigger/stronger w/ massive eating & heavy weights. Leave the 'Vitamin S' alone for now, ok? Best of success to you.
 
Def increase your caloric intake. For you weight of 167 lb, aim for 250gm protien, 300gm carbs, and 50-80gm fats to start out. Then see how you respond and adjust accordingly.

If you thinking of getting into the world of AAS, you may want to take a step back. Try starting off with a prohormone. There is a great and very anabolic PH out right now called Malicious Mass by RLS Supplements. The company is only selling 250 units. You can say 247 now since I bought 3 bottle today..lol

But ensure you invest in some sort of PCT. Look into HCGenerate for the end of you PH cycle.
 
Sorry if I wasn't clear. I lift four times a week. Generally Squats/core lifts on Mondays (plus cardio), chest/back on Tuesday (plus cardio), bis/tris/shoulders on Wednesday (plus cardio), yoga Thursdays, and an overall body lift on Friday (and of course cardio) to wrap up the week and hopefully keep some pumps for the weekend.
I can try to increase my calories. I do the six small meals a day right now (two of which are protein shakes) and mainly watch fats since I had been told by some nutrion majors back at school that this would be the best way to cut stomach fat and get the sweet stomach I wanted..
 
Hey man, you really arent not easting enough. I would be on that many cals if i was cutting. Also, you need to get some real protein into you. you are getting 2/3 from whey which is nuts. I would recommend to sort out your diet and stay natural for a while longer
 
Hey bro,

I was in your same situation about 2-3 years ago. I switched jobs and starting working out totaly differently and ate ALOT more...

My routine was/ still is:
M: Chest
T: Back
W: Legs
Th: Shoulders
F: Arms

I ate roughly around 3000-3500 calories a day somtimes 4000. I gained some fat of course but i'm like u at 6 ft. and WAS around 170, now i'm sitting around 195 or so. Your calories are wayyyyyy to low and cut the cardio to only 5 minutes at most for a warm-up/warm-down on workout days (I never did/do cardio - say what u wish). I use the myplate feature on livestrong.com which breaks down your carbs/protien/fats easily and is free!

I would do this for awhile. I did roughly 5x10 for major compound lifts and 3x10 or so for isolated movements. I only spend max say an hour in the gym when working out with a partner. Do this and u'll c great results. The only supps i used were creatine, glutamine, and protien powder (of which i used only 2 scoops a day if that. Much better to get protien from real food. Thats y we call them "SUPPLEMENTS") .

Thanks for the advice! I am normally spending 2 and a half to 3 hours after work at the gym. I was taking creatine and NOxplode back in May and I was 185lbs. I thought I looked like a water balloon so I cut them out. My diet and routine stayed the same and I dropped to where I am at over the summer.
