so i dont have any bendaryl so i took a claritin (actually i think i took two today at different times) , and a sudafed, and a chlor maleate antihistamine. well the chlor m is a 4 hour so i took that earlier, passed out on the couch then woke up and then just not took another. lol

im screwed, i need to go see an allergist

Have you ever tried Zyrtec? I like that one best. Allegra is pretty good too, I cant remember if they have an otc version of that one or not.
