First PCT

OK Bros,

I am finishing up my first cycle and have my HCG, Clomid, and Nolvadex. The Clomid and Nolvadex are simple enough. How much of the HCG should I take and for how long. Like 2 Weeks is what I've heard. What about the dose?


i was a 500 mg of Test E per week for 10 weeks
Week 1-6 30 mg of D-bol

30 yrs old
5'9
180 lbs

Well since u r already finishing up the cycle (i would of had u run the hcg during) start pct 2 weeks after your last shot. I would run your pct for 4 weeks. You didnt say how much hcg u have so i will assume it is a typical 5000iu amp.

Take 500iu's eod until it is gone (about 3 weeks).

I'm gonna deviate a little from what 8and20 recommended.... a day or two after your last shot, start up the H C G...500iu ED for 10 days... you should also be running your A I at this time and for a few days after your last H C G shot. By this time, the test should be about cleared from your system and you're ready to start either the clo-mid or the nol-va....IMO, no need for both...it's overkill and you'll be hammered with side effects.... if clo-mid, 50mg ED for minimum of 4 weeks... if nolva, 20mg ED for 4 weeks.

Use the Sustain! I used it out of PCT and it was great. I'll be using it for my next PCT
