Now, I need to do more research on the best way to use these products. I will start Monday and give an update after a couple weeks.

Goal: Lean Mass/Stength gain/Cut (never heard that before I bet)

Dosage says 1 scoop w/ 45 servings per container.

Do I have the smaller scoop - was told there used to be a bigger scooper thing.

Confused on what I should do for dosage?

Start with one scoop. N2kts is no joke.

Take 3-4 gear caps pre and post workout. Between meals or before meals that might not be the best quality.

Take 1-2 N2slin twenty to thirty minutes prior to meals containing 30-60 grams complex carbs. Breakfast, pre, and post workout would be optimal imo.

I would take them before my pre workout meal with 50-75g of complex cho, but taking it prior to your pwo shake will help further drive the carbs and aminos into your muscles for enhanced recovery.

I would like to try two with my pre workout meal and then one prior to my pwo shake. I can only imagine how ridiculous the pumps would be

Stir the N2KTS container a bit to make sure everything is mixed really well.

Don't take it within 2-3 hours of needing to sleep, you won't be able to .

All three products are top notch.
