Time to put myself on the recieving end with some advice if you have the time.
I've devised an intricate cycle for a first bout with d-bol (that I swore I would never touch
).
Please critique my safety mechanisms, HPTA status through the cycle, recovery, ACNE, blood pressure, liver health etc. I'm a safety freak.
I'm hoping to safely slap on 25 lbs. I know how to train and eat.
I easily put on 15 solid pounds without loss on eq/var, but I am looking to take the plunge.
I'm 5'9" around 200 lbs by now.. been off for a while.
I'll be taking 3 grams of ALA per day, an iron pill, and a multivitamin.
