first injection on my own!!

Finally did my first injection...got sick of waiting for someone to do it for me. I tried in my glute but my hand was too shaky and couldnt see well so I decided to do it in my delt...WOW was it easy. I'm excited...just thought I would share

yup, the first time is really scary, but you get over it pretty quickly. i start a cycle in a couple weeks and i find myself looking forward to it.

How do you guys aspirate with one hand in the delt?

I put my two fingers next to my thumb on top of the two tabs that stick out next to the stopper and then put my thumb under the stopper and pull back...it really isnt too hard.

Doesnt it move all around in the delt while doing this?

It moved a little but not too much...let it go easy and it shouldnt move all that much although this was my first time I feel no pain what so ever from the injection
