Did you massage the area after you injected? usually this helps

^^ yup, i always take a shower before hand then massage the shit out of it after. test e shouldn';t have much pain at all, from my experience .

It usually hurts for me to and bad but if I massage the hell out of it, it really seems to help. Also I use to do some sissy squats afterward that seemed to help because I got some blood flow to the area. Keep at it, I know it hurts but like you said. No pain no gain.

What are you using? Somethings hurt worse than others (test-prop, sust, winstrol). However, as with any puncture wound (especially one where you're shaking from excitement) there's bound to be a little pain. Enjoy.

Test E! Yea it's just sore. I used a 22 gauge 1 1/2 needle to inject! it didn't hurt at all last night but this morning it felt stiff. It's just sore from the puncture i'm sure. It don't burn or anything like that.

Jeez. 22's pretty big. Plus, if you're anything like me, the shaking (from the adrenaline rush) tends to do a little damage. I'm always a little sore the next day.

Sounds weird for such a small shot but some people just get sore since it's your first shot just write it off as that. It should get less and less stiff after you do more shots.
