Just created my account today... I've been mostly reading here on this website and never really did participate.. I did participate on ntbm forum but for the last year I have been really absent because I was out of the country for the job! (Military) Now I'm heading back home and preparing my first injec cycle, with test-e.
I'm 24, 6'1, 195lbs, 13-14% bf approximately.. I'm working out since college, when started I was about 22% BF and dieting hard (mostly ketogenic diet) and could hardly lift 90lbs on the bench! Within the years I learned a lot on dieting, and slowly started reading on steroid in general, just to get well-informed and for trying it safely one day. I got to 12% BF, reached mostly of my goal but starting the training for deployment took a lot of my time and couldnt be that dedicated. Coming back home I'll have a loottt of time and since the last month im really killing that shit at the gym...
I've already done one oral cycle of Beastdrol only, big PCT with dermacrine, PCT,Unleashed and really well responded to it, except some back pain.. and made some Sarms S4 only, really like this shit thought. I did lost weight since but I got a lot more define.
For now, I got a lot of time to read and prepare myself, I'm planning my first injec cycle to start by september (I know its maybe earlier but I gotta order everything and im planning everything soo!) so I'm posting it, hoping advices even if I think its well-planned, I got the resource here to keep me on the right way so better use it!!
So here's how it'll look like..
Test-e 500mg 1-10 (2 pin/week mon/thur , last pin probably on week 8 thursday
Forma 1-10 (got fluffy nipple since... always, used forma on my beast cycle and it did well, I think I cant go wrong using it again and can prevent gyno and it quite have a lot more benefits!)
HCgen 1-10
SARMS S4 8-14 ( 25/25/50/50/50/50)
PCT 10-14
Unleashed 10-14

Is test 500 too much? Some contreversial... since 250 could not be enough, I dont want a HRT/TRT cycle..!
Didnt had libido issue on beast but I took HCgen too while on... Got some friend who got libido issue on test 500 and dropped after 6week, thats one of my main concern I think so!!
My goal would be to increase my strenght, mostly Legs and Pecs, gaining trought that a solid 15lbs and would cut of some BF, I'm planning interval cardio twice a week and my training are kinda intensive with some halterophily and ''strongman training stuff'' like Tire Flip, Sledgehammer tire chop, farmer walks... got these at my gym and I like to incorporate them! Doing max effort day, and dynamic effort day, got the most of my results this way!
Anyway, this is it for the whole presentation, hope you enjoyed but I do hope anyone could get this a lot constructive!
