First gyno on 8 cycles

Hey just needing some opinions on how to treat my gyno while still on a cycle, this is my 8th cycle and i have never had gyno before, It's a lighter cycle than i normally do just 500mg of test E and I have just puffed up and have a small lump after 2 weeks. I have a-dex, aromosin, clomid, nolva, HCG on hand but unsure whats the best plan of attack ????
