FIRST EVER CYCLE Looking For D-Bol Advice

I have done quite a bit of research and have found that, with injectables off the table, d-bol is my best option. I plan on doing one cycle and not another one for a while with the goal of keeping as much as I can. I am aware that a post cycle recovery is needed and have heard nolvadex would be optimal but am still unsure. I would love a detailed breakdown of exactly what I need at what dosages and for how long for the safest, most optimal cycle.

Injectables are not an option for me currently.

I am currently 20 years old and have plateaud for the past year or so. I train very hard, eat a lot and eat well, and am sitting at about 191 lbs with 10% BF or so. Just looking to get to that next level.


Would really appreciate some words of wisdom for a beginner like myself. Thanks everybody!

At 20 you should not be touching aas but I started when I was 21 😛 but if you're going to cycle then cycle properly with some test in & make sure to use an ai with d-bol on cycle.
 
20 is too young bro. What's your goal? Size? What's you calorie intake vs output look like. And out of curiosity, why are injections not an option?
 
Thanks for the replies. I really need like a comprehensive breakdown of dosages and amounts. I heard I need stuff like milk thistle and nolvadex. Anyways Calories are between 3500-4000 a day. No injectables because parents would murder me, I have no idea how to inject, I hate needles in the first place even when I get them, can't imagine doing it to myself.
 
Most people try to limit the orals bcause of the taxing on the liver. You are to young . Let your hpta mature first so that you do not have irreversible damage. Your body right now is producing enough testosterone to give you good results. Do not screw it up!

Layout:
Weeks 1-8 50 mg GP Methan50 per day
Weeks 1-8 25 mg GP Proviron per day
Weeks 1-8 3 Liv-52 taken twice per day.
 
do a cycle of a caloric surpluss with good food and dont be worried about a little fat gain. use steroids later, at 20 you arent plateaud you just need to increase the food and or training volume
