Been reading a lot on the boards. A lot of great info and knowledganle people here.
Me: 35 years old; 197 pounds; bf around 17%; training 10 years minus being down with serious injury for 2 years.
This will be my first cycle and I THINK I've done my research but would like some input.
Plan to run epi either 4 weeks 20/30/40/40 or 6 weeks 30/40/40/40/50/50 (seems some recommend 4 weeks and some 6 so i'm still trying to decide which way to go)
liv.52 throuought till end of PCT
CEL cyle assist throughout till end of PCT
(can get more milk thistle/saw palmetto etc if needed)
Multi and Joint as usual
Fish and flax increase if needed
BCAA as usual
Glutamine as usual
Taurine on hand if needed for back pumps
PCT
Clomid 100/50/50 (so much varying opinion on how much to run so a little confused)
(also have nolva on hand)
Forma Stanzol (if it gets through customs (I'm in Japan)

I konw there are other products that would make PCT better, but is this set-up acceptable?
