First DNP Experience

Here are the results from my first dnp cycle. I had to cut it short cause I got sick. I'm not sure if I got sick from dnp, or if I just got the flu from having a weakened immune system....

The side affects weren’t to bad at all The highest temp I saw during the middle of the day was 98.7, but warmer after catching the flu. The temps listed were taken first thing in the morning. The results were fairly good – 9lbs+ from 11 days on dnp.

I’m thinking of running 200mg over thanksgiving and bumping it back up to 600 a day after I get back from my parents place. Any comments or suggestions?

Day 1: Nov 3 266 98.2 200mg
Little bit warm
Day 2: Nov 4 268 98.4 200mg
Little bit warmer
Day 3: Nov 5 269 98.2 200mg
Warmer still, but not sweating
Day 4: Nov 6 268 98.6 200mg
Day 5: Nov 7 267 98.5 400mg
Warmer still, and sweating when doing light work (3 flights of stairs)
Day 6: Nov 8 264 97.6 400mg
Lightly sweating while resting, but no sweat while infront of a fan
Day 7: Nov 9 263 97.6 400mg
Day 8: Nov 10 259 97.6 400mg
Day 9: Nov 11 261 97.4 600mg
Light sweating infront of fan - sometimes...
Day 10: Nov 12 263 97.9 600mg
Day 11: Nov 13 262 98.2 600mg
Day 12: Nov 14 259 98.5 0mg
Got sick - felt much better after barfing
Day 13: Nov 15 257 99.3 0mg
Still feeling a little sick
