you know what I should have done some research, because after just reading for 15 mins on this site I have gotten some good feedback.....from what I can see a good beginner cycle would be
d-bol 25mg on workout days and 15 mg on non workout days
clomid for pct - 300mg clomid day 1
days 2-11 100mg/day
days 12-21 50mg a day
I have also seen some people suggest Test as being good for beginners
I have been working out for about 6 months, I eat pretty good and work out 3 -4 days a week, I am looking to put on 15 - 20 pounds, but I intend to work out for another 6 months before I do my first cycle. My one big question is what is a good time to stay on dbol 8 weeks? also is Test easier on your liver than dbol and does it work just as good?
