First DBOL Cycle

I'm finally going to take the drastic step. I have been contemplating AAS for quite some time now. I have finally decided to go on and try a cycle. I am 5'6", 165lbs. My bf is around 14%. I am consuming around 3000 calories a day. I'm really not sure how many carbs I need, so any suggested I would greatly appreciate. I have been training for about 3 years.

I plan on running the cycle for 5 weeks at 15mg/ED. This is my first cycle, so with my low body weight and first time experience, I'm hoping to get something out of this lower than usual dosage.

Also I am going to be using 10mg/ED of creatine and also whey protein. I have a Mon-Thurs. workout routine that is very intense. I really like to squat and deadlift, which I feel is the best strength/mass gaining exercises.

My question is, do you think that at this dosage, (being my first cycle ever, and my relatively low body weight) I would be able to achieve very good strength gains and approx. 10-15lbs. of body mass?

For PCT I plan on taking Milk Thistle and Nolva (hopefully) for 2 weeks after the last day of the cycle. I plan on running the milk thistle the entire time.

I would up your calorie intake to about 4000 a day. I would ditch the milk thistle and use Tyler's Liver Detox instead along with some Glucocell R.

Doing it for 5 weeks, you should gain around ~22 lbs(10-12 lbs will be water) or so but if you don't do the Nolva for the whole cycle at about 20mg ED you will lose almost all the gains post cycle(and you could possibly get some bad gyno).

I'd say with your diet in check and intense training, you can keep about 12lbs of your gains. That is if you take the Nolva ED while you are taking the Dbol.
 
how bout 20 mg of Dbol and throw in some test @ 250 a week ? - still a low first cycle, but may get that 12... off that... just an idea
 
well, a lot of people did dbol only for their first cycles...just to get a feel for it. Granted test only is the best thing to do for first cycle in my opinion. However Id say go at least 30-40mg if you want to see any sort of results on dbol only...

No freakin way in hell are you gonna gain 22lbs and 10-12 of it would be water. Bro you are have more to lose than gain if you go the route you going.

Whats going on?........................afraid of needles? :evil: Grow some balls and poke yourself at least once a week with some quality Testosterone (Enanthate comes to mind) throw in some d-bol and if you can give deca a shot that would do you lots of good

D-bol 20-25mgs a day for 4 weeks
T-enanthate 250mgs a week for 8-10 weeks (250mgs only if you want to shoot once a week)
Deca at 300mgs a week for 10 weeks

And that is considered quite a low dose of each AAS but that is if you dont want drastic results but like 8-10 quality pounds.

Nolva is a must bro as is Clomid(my opinion)
 
It really depends on the person, but I think even 250mg of test/week is too low. If stacked with Deca, that's a different story.
 
If your not man enough to stick a needle in your arse then you are not man enough to do steroids

Oral only cycles are a waste of time. Plus 15mg will do NOTHING

You will gain bloat and keep nothing....

You need to do much more research on this topic before you start anything.

Yep. I'm assuming you want orals because you want to avoid the pins.. forget it man. man up or go home.

My first was 500mg sust week for 10 weeks, I liked it, good results.. Try something like that and MAYBE some dbol to kick start, but dbol to me is just a waste of time.
 
My first cycle was the same. 20 / ed . i dont like to count it on lbs. its not relevant
Yes u will bloat and then get back to normal but in te miror u will se a better body of yours , thicker arms .. .Dont expect too much tho .Its a safe cycle but results will b decent, no way NOTHING , unless u dont know training and nutrition.
I suggest u at least 50 g protein /meal , Dbol makes u hungry as a wolf , wont b diffcult to eat a lot.
If u want to get big with Dbol , which i do and i consider it possible , many ppl did it in the past , that will b only the first in a loooong raw Dbol cycles.
U only need clomd at the end.thats all.Use frontloading for clomid.

Bro, forget about the d-bol only cycle, so not worth it. Try a test only cycle first, better gains and much more keepable. You will also get a good feel for how the compound works if you run it alone, save the d-bol for a future cycle.

btw, ya 12 pounds on a 15mg ed 1st d-bol cycle is totally possible, but remember a good % is water.
 
i'm assuming you mean 10grams of creatine a day, not 10mg. also, like some of these bros said, your first cycle will be your BEST cycle where you see the most gains. so don't 'waste' it with a 15mg/day dbol cycle. if you are hell bent on doing dbol only i would up your dosage to like 25mg or 30mg/day. but seriously get your hands on some test for your first cycle you'll be glad you did. save the dbol to stack with a later cycle, and save the deca for even later on.

Whoa, take it easy there tiger, save something for your later cycles!

Seriously though, this is not going to do anything for you, the guy that said you would gain 22 pounds (12 of pure muscle!) does not have the first idea what he is talking about.
 
dont waste your time on a dbol only cycle if you want to keep gains...once you jab, you won't stop. Easier on the liver, no daily doses. I'd do a low test cycle instead of the dbol only, or add the dbol in with about 250mg TEst
