i got barely 6 hrs of sleep the night before, popped 3 in the am and 3 pre workout.........

i was awake in school all day today......didnt doze off at all, except a few mins in economics because that class would put me to sleep if i was on cocaine ....

fuckin high energy all day, cardio was EASIER than usual, stuck perfectly to my diet, kept my hunger satisfied all day.....

good to hear it worked for you, my experience with lipoflame was on the sour side. I love amp02 wont workout without it but the lipoflame didnt do anything for me.

yeah man i realized that you gotta just switch up fat burners every so often so your body doesnt get used to the same ingredients

hydroxycut hardcore worked wonders for me a year and a half ago, but the second time around, it didnt do shit.....

LIPO-6 fuckin sucks......idk how that won supplement of the year on bb.com.....that shit was worthless

dont buy fat burners from gnc or specialty stores.....stick with shit like lipoflame, the good shit is all online
