first day with LIPOFLAME

ive heard nothing but good things about lipoflame. I'm gona have to try it eventually

good to hear it worked for you, my experience with lipoflame was on the sour side. I love amp02 wont workout without it but the lipoflame didnt do anything for me.

Yeah that crap in the back of MF sucks ,like lipo-6 ect... just a gimic with a 1 hit wonder sponcering it!

the days you use Amplify02 use only once.

IF you combine the 2 dont ever exceed 2-3 caps of LIPOFLAME with 5-7 caps of Amplify02
