First Cycle

Just started on monday the 17th 9-17-12

I have started a cycle of

took 25mg test prop wont do anymore anytime soon

175mg test cypionate 1 injection a week
HCgenerate
Liquid armidex .5mg eod
HCG 500iu a week split over 2 injections

eating 2200+ calories a day
havent had the diet tuned in that well

going to switch to a 2 week keto then a balanced diet

hitting the gym 2 twice a week
working out my core and back everytime
work my shoulders harder due to a past injury (not bothering me but i figure making the muscle extra swoll wont hurt)

doing cardio 3+ days a week

pyramids and high reps(lower weight) cycling every 2 weeks

I would realy like some advice as to what if anything i should change I have some emergency pct on hand such as clomid,liquid clomid,Nolvadex, Liquid letro, Unleashed and Post Cycle.

Considering more test after i get the diet tuned in.

Why you even cycling if diet isn't even tuned in ,?
And 175mg of cyp a week is probably what your body is producing naturally lol you'd gain more off a test booster IMO
 
175 isn't even a trt dose... that's a waste... at the very minimum you need to be at 250 or your not even running a cycle... your wasting your time and money...

I agree with dylan 175 is useless. 250 is the minimun Id go but 500 is a good dose imo. You might also consider running a epistane kicker at 40 mg day for 6 weeks. Just make sure you take n2guard to protect the liver.

okay i will tune the diet as i said before and i will bump up the test. is all else good?
oh and i have some DAA i will add to my pct as well. just no forma stanzol do i realy need it?
 
the strongest you would need to use on cycle is aromasin...

bump your test up to at least 250 but i agree with joe and would go 500... i would run forma in pct bro but that's up to you...
 
Right first things first. You didnt mention I believe what you hope to achieve from this cycle. I presume its a cutting cycle as your calorie intake is low.

The low dose of Test your on, as has been said above, is too low. I wasnt even aware they did Cyp in 175mg p/ml but there you go :). 250mg p/w is standard first cycle.

Test Prop is a great compound but it only stays in your system for about 3 days. And 25mg? How is that even possible? Now im sure that you cant get 25mg p/ml Test Prop so I dont know how you managed that.

Before you start a cycle your diet has to be spot on! Its crucial to your cycle.

However there is a plus point. You didnt go crazy with different compounds or doasges so well done, you just went too low 250mg is the standard beginner weekly dosage with very little sides so try upping it abit.

HCG is pointless on a dose that low so just save your money. A quick testicle massage at then end of your cycle would have done the trick.

Also id make sure you try to get to the gym once more per week.

Thanks for the advice i decided to wait until i get my diet together i will add a day of gym . Honestly i didnt realize how week the test prop i got was and figure at that low of a dose its useless i literally wont do anymore of it. on the compounds thanks for the comment i am trying to keep it simple and take it easy on my liver. i will get my diet and gym routine together for at least 6 weeks before i restart. as others have said i am wasting my money if i dont. it will still be in my system for the next 2 weeks anyway so i will just take a weaker anti estro and save the good stuff for later on.

on the day of gym i am assuming lifting and not cardio as everyday is kind of a cardio day. unless you are doing a triathalon or endurance race.
