Having done plenty of research I'm considering doing my first cycle, (albeit a mild one) but I want to run it by some people in know first to make sure it's all good. First off, here's my stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5'7
Weight: 156lbs
Body Fat: I estimate 12% - 15%
Training History: On and off for 8 years but now well and truly on!
Goal: To add size and increase strength
This was my proposed cycle until I realised Epi Strong was discontinued:
Weeks 1 - 2: RS Transdermal 5 pumps, N2Guard, Cissus
Weeks 3 - 4: RS Transdermal 5 pumps , Epi strong 30mg, N2Guard, Cissus
Weeks 4 - 8: RS Transdermal 5 pumps , Epi strong 30/45mg, N2Guard, Cissus
Weeks 9 - 12 PCT: Unleashed/Post Cycle, HCGenerate
Of course, I'll be using a multi vitamin and taking cod liver oil and flaxseed oil throughout as well, and I do have plenty of L-Glutamine too.
Training should look something like this:
Day 1: Back, Shoulders, Traps
Day 2: Chest, Biceps, Forearms
Day 3: Legs, Triceps, Core
Day 4: Off
Repeat
And diet will be very clean: chicken, salmon, potatoes, veg, fruit, and plenty of milk and water.
My first question would be what could someone recommend in place of Epi Strong (I've read about Epistane but I'm wondering if I'm only being drawn to that because of it having the same first five letters).
Second question is, should I throw milk thistle (or anything else) into the mix or will the N2Guard and Cissus be enough? (I do have Milk Thistle to hand)
Third question, am I best just leaving Transdermal as 5 pumps throughout, as I've read about a lot of people going up to 8 pumps?
And fourth and final question, is there anything else to add? (I considered adding Forma Stanozol in PCT but from what I've read it might be unnecessary, and while I don't mind spending the extra money for added safety, I don't want to waste money on things that aren't needed. I also checked out Katanadrol, but I think that would just be overkill and unnecessary spending.)
